* To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
* All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as the original sales receipt or order confirmation.

* Prior to initiating a return, customers must contact our customer service team at 252-315-4770 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
* The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
* Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
* Returned items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Return Exceptions:
* Electrical Parts: Due to the potential risks associated with improper installation or handling, we only accept returns on electrical parts if they have not been installed or powered up.
* Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return.
* Special order items or custom*made parts may be subject to additional restrictions or fees.
4. Inspection and Refunds:
* Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure compliance with the return policy.
* If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days.
* Refunds will be processed for the cost of the item(s) minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping charges.
5. Restocking Fees:
* A restocking fee of 35% may apply to returns that are not due to our error or product defects.
* The restocking fee, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
* In the rare event that an item is received damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
* We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.
* Depending on the circumstances, we will either provide a replacement item or issue a refund at our discretion.
